I love me a good Panera lunch. Nutritious and delicious. This location is the poster child of them all. Per my usual, I chose the "Pick 2" combo and here my Greek salad has never been bigger, along with my Vegetarian Black Bean soup never hotter! LOVE! They're not shy on the veggies and well aware that dressing is not a main ingredient in any salad. My whole wheat baguette side was definitely freshly made that day too. A good pit stop if you're shopping in the vast Coon Rapids area. I would have given five stars but most of the tables were dirty (and come on---it was 3p; past lunch and well before dinner, the place was D-E-A-D.)

Panera is funny. They have okay bread and sandwiches, poor espresso-based drinks, and some really bad pastry. But the pastries LOOK fabulous. Like "picture on a menu" fabulous, but they're strangely tasteless. I think the espresso problem is chiefly training, because there used to be a lady there that made a kick-ass cappuccino. When she left I tried to interest the management in improving the quality, but they really didn't give a rat's patootie, as they say in the trade. In fairness, my wife loves their broccoli-cheddar soup. By the way, this Panera is no different than any other I've been to, which probably accounts for their success--many people value predictability over other virtues.

You like lentils? Quinoa? Chicken (really moist chicken)? A little bit of fresh lemon? Yes? You do? Well then you just have to try their new Lentil Quinoa Chicken Bowl! Ohhh MyLanta!!! It's Mm mm good (you know like when you say, "mmmmm" every time you eat a spoonful. What's really yummy is that it's only 420 tasty calories! Go and get yourself a bowl. I'm like 99.6% sure you'll love it :-)

I have been to many paneras across the country and this one consistently disappoints at every visit. The cashier yelled at my husband when he ordered an item that wasn't on her screen to "wait a minute" she then informed me that "we are not Caribou Coffee" when I asked for extra foam. When my husband asked for his bagel to be warmed up she pointed at the microwave in the lobby and said "there is a microwave right there." Rude, uncaring staff in need of a corporate intervention. If my kids didn't beg to eat here we wouldn't have stopped, will drive extra to find a different one in the future!

Very disappointed with the service. I stopped at 8pm on a Monday night for a salad and baguette, they told me they were out of baguettes and buns! Then I waited for my food for over 7 minutes. Once I finally got my food they forgot the chicken on my salad. I love panara and love that this location has a drive thru but I will not be going back, I will make the extra 5 minute drive to get better service at a different location.

Always satisfactory. It's great when you can roll into a restaurant and know what to expect. The onion soup a personal fav with the half and half special. I love the apple option! Thanks Pan!

I usually love Paneras. Not this one the restaurant was dirty and unkept. The salad I had was not prepared well. Brown spots on vegetables. Was not offered a choice for chips, apple or bread. I was given a weird dinner type roll, not the usual delicious baguette. Overall an unpleasant experience which is highly unusual for Panera.

I don't often like reviewing chain restaurants because the fact of the matter is, you know what you are getting. Anyway, here is the scoop on this location. It is generally busy here, but they plan accordingly. The counter never takes too long to submit your order. However, you can wait 5-10 on actually getting your food. Normally this would be okay, but if you are going with the hopes of getting 'fast food'... It is by a lot of other stores, so it would be good for lunch, especially if you are not in the mood for garbage served with fat. It looks like a Panera. It is kept up like a Panera. They have all of the same pastries and other baked goods. If you are here, you will stop. If not, thanks for reading anyway!

Quick food that is tasty with a lot of options. They have fresh baked bread (you can't go wrong with that -- unless you are on a low carb diet in which case please stop reading now).

I love panera! It is a good spot for breakfast of for lunch. You can chill by yourself, do work, or have a nice conversation with friends. I love the diversity of the menu and it is worth the small wait you may have to order. The service is almost always good.

I like the restaurant and ordered a salad with no nuts, because I have a nut allergy I found one in my salad I was mortified. I haven't been back since but hopefully next time they will be more careful.

Panera gets the honor of my first updated and one star review all in one. Went here tonight shortly after 8 for a sandwich. Waited over 2 min at the drive through box (yes they were open) and was not greeted. No other cars were in line, not even a hello or please wait. I proceeded to the drive up window where no one was in site. I decided to leave and go somewhere else. I will still visit here here because I do like there food and it's close but tired of inconsistent service here. Burnt bread the last few visits to not even being served tonight makes for a pretty lousy experience the last few visits. I do hope they can shape up but if you like Panera I would avoid this one. The service and food consistency here sucks. Needs improvement.
